The company employs a dedicated team of sales representatives, chefs, consultants, and industry experts who work closely with customers to enhance operations, develop innovative menus, select the finest products, and devise effective operational strategies. This collaborative and customer-focused approach allows PFG to offer more than just food; they provide comprehensive support to help independent restaurant owners and businesses thrive in the competitive foodservice market.

Throughout their routes, drivers engage effectively with customers, confirm deliveries with signatures, handle payments where necessary, and manage any returned products according to company protocol.

Offering competitive pay ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, a flexible 4 to 5-day work schedule requiring availability Monday through Saturday, and a substantial $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, PFG’s CDL-A Driver role is ideal for individuals looking for a stable, rewarding career in logistics and transportation. A comprehensive two-week training program based in Temple, Texas, is provided to equip new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their duties.
