This position is an urgent opening for experienced and highly skilled caregivers to work ongoing Wednesday shifts, primarily providing one-on-one care for adults with special needs. Caregivers at Hired Hands Homecare are entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication management, and transportation. Alongside serving clients with special needs, the company also seeks professional caregivers for senior clients requiring assistance with activities of daily living, dementia care, driving, and hospice care within the Napa area. The available shifts are either part-time (4 to 6 hours) or full-time (8+ hours), mainly during daytime hours from Monday through Saturday.

Candidates are expected to be highly skilled, polished, and professional with at least two days per week of availability during daytime shifts. Compensation is competitive, ranging between $22 and $24 per hour with overtime pay, depending on experience and qualifications.
