The role of a Caregiver at TheKey is designed for compassionate individuals eager to make an impact in the lives of seniors. These caregivers work directly in clients’ homes, assisting them with daily living activities in a respectful and supportive manner. Schedules are flexible, covering multiple shifts including weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., longer shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and overnight shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Monday through Wednesday. Pay rates are highly competitive, ranging from $17.50 to $19.50 per hour, with opportunities available for full-time and part-time employment. TheKey supports its caregivers with paid training—including virtual, online, and hands-on classes—ensuring they are well-prepared to provide top-tier care.
