Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
  • TB clearance or chest X-ray
  • Must comply with state background screening requirements
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of professional caregiving experience
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification
  • Proven ability to provide compassionate care to seniors with cognitive impairments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including various shifts

Job Duties

  • Providing cognitive and behavioral support including gentle reminders and redirection to reduce confusion and anxiety
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience
  • Maintaining home safety and performing housekeeping duties including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
  • Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
  • Offering companionship through conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs
