We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join the Boketto family. This hourly-paid position offers a competitive wage starting at $10.59 per hour. The role requires working varied shifts that can begin as early as 9 AM and run as late as 2 AM, depending on business needs, as the establishment operates seven days a week. The Bartender will play a crucial role in delivering Boketto's vision of becoming the leading purveyor of the spirit of hospitality by ensuring that every guest leaves happy. The position demands fast-paced service, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for guest interaction. Bartenders will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment through personalized and warm service while managing beverage preparation and consumption in a safe, professional manner.

The ideal candidate will be personable, polished, and technically proficient in mixology, possessing knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. They must demonstrate excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and multitasking prowess. The Bartender will be an integral team member, working closely with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to maintain an efficient and friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities include taking beverage orders, checking identification to comply with alcohol regulations, mixing cocktails and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area. The role also involves handling cash and balancing the cash drawer at the end of shifts.
