The role requires maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the drink menu, including specials and seasonal offerings, and recommending beverages to guests. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Food Handler’s Certification and TABC provided
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability for flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Preferably 1 or more years of bartending experience
- Willingness to work evenings and closing shifts
Job Qualifications
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout your shift
- Food Handler’s Certification and TABC (Provided)
- Ability to communicate effectively including reading, writing and speaking
- Be available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 1 years+ experience bartending preferred
- Evenings/Closing shifts preferred
Job Duties
- Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized, ensuring all supplies are readily available
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Maintain knowledge of the drink menu, including specials and seasonal offerings, and recommend drinks to guests
- Sell and/or serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with company policies and state laws
- Check IDs to verify legal drinking age
- Prepare garnishes, mixers, and other bar supplies for operation
- Ensure all alcohol is stored securely and in compliance with company, state and local regulations
