Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years of baking/pastry industry experience preferred
- Proven experience as a baker
- Ability to work effectively during nighttime hours, starting in the evening and finishing early in the morning
- Physical stamina to handle long hours and perform manual tasks
- Food safe handling certification
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment

- 3+ years of baking/pastry industry experience preferred

Job Duties
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to prepare doughs, batters, and other baking mixtures, creams and frostings according to established recipes
- Operate ovens and baking equipment to bake products to specifications, adjusting temperatures and times as necessary
- Create visually appealing desserts by decorating them with frostings, creams, and other edible items such as chocolate
- Monitor and ensure the quality and consistency of baked goods, making adjustments to recipes or processes as needed
- Track and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ordering and restocking as needed to maintain production levels
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of baking equipment and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Package finished products appropriately for sale or distribution, ensuring presentation meets company standards
- Document ingredient usage, inventory levels, and any issues or adjustments made during the baking process
