Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to follow food safety and GMP guidelines when handling food
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including bending and reaching
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and sometimes hectic environments
- Must wear close-toed shoes and appropriate attire
- Reliable transportation to work locations when required
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or event staffing preferred
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand and move throughout the shift
- Understanding of and compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Flexibility to work varied schedules
Job Duties
- Work independently or in a team to cook, prepare, serve, or transport food items
- Engage with customers professionally while operating a point of sale machine or cash register
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, or other items at the start or end of a shift
- Work on feet, stationary or moving for the full shift
- Perform physically strenuous activities such as reaching, crouching, bending as required by supervisors
- Adhere to specific dress codes including wearing close-toed shoes and pants
- Follow GMP guidelines including keeping hair up, maintaining neat fingernails, and covering facial hair when handling food
