Nicholas Air is a distinguished private aviation company based in Nashville, Tennessee, that has been committed to excellence in customer service and operational integrity for nearly three decades. Unlike many larger corporations that focus on scale, Nicholas Air prioritizes quality over quantity, emphasizing a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and long-term stability. The company prides itself on fostering a workplace environment where every team member is acknowledged as an individual - a 'name, not a number.' This ethos cultivates an atmosphere where strategic goal-setting, continuous learning, innovation, and adaptability are paramount. The role of Experience Curator at Nicholas Air is pivotal in ensuring that every client engagement is uniquely personalized and impeccably executed to align with the brand's vision of exceeding expectations. This in-person position calls for a creative and highly organized professional who possesses a refined background in hospitality or organizational roles, ideally with prior experience working with high net worth clientele. As an Experience Curator, the individual will be responsible for designing and delivering memorable, bespoke experiences that resonate deeply with both new and existing clients, reinforcing Nicholas Air's position as the premier choice in luxury private aviation. This role demands an elite level of creativity, exceptional multitasking skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Experience Curator will work closely with various internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of client-centric initiatives, thus strengthening the company’s brand loyalty and client satisfaction.

Employees at Nicholas Air not only join a company dedicated to operational excellence but also a culture that values and invests in exceptional people who contribute meaningfully to exceptional operations. The company’s decades-long success and resilient presence in a competitive industry are testaments to its commitment to quality, innovation, and a deeply personalized approach to service delivery.

This role offers competitive benefits including 401(k) retirement plans with matching contributions, comprehensive health and dental insurance, vision coverage, and paid time off, ensuring that team members are well-supported both professionally and personally.
