The Experience Concierge position at JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District is a vital, sales-driven role aimed at creating personalized and memorable guest stays meeting JW Marriott’s high standards. This role involves proactive engagement with guests prior to their arrival, gathering their preferences, introducing the hotel’s exclusive offerings, and coordinating tailored experiences to make each stay unique. With a strong emphasis on sales, the Experience Concierge is responsible for generating pre-stay revenue bookings and is incentivized with bonuses based on a percentage of actualized revenue. This role is perfectly suited for someone who is both a strategic sales planner and a warm, welcoming host — ensuring that every guest's journey is seamless and enriching from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include contacting guests before their arrival to welcome them and understand their desires, upselling and cross-selling hotel services such as spa treatments, dining, and room upgrades, coordinating bookings across multiple systems, and creating customized itineraries tailored to guest interests and celebrations. The Experience Concierge also acts as an on-property resource, maintaining close communication with guests during their stay to offer assistance and additional enhancements, while also maintaining detailed guest profiles and sharing feedback with leadership to continually improve the experience offered.

This is an hourly compensated position emphasizing a dynamic, interactive work environment where the candidate is comfortable managing multiple requests simultaneously, engaging with guests both before and during their stay, and working collaboratively across various hotel departments. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, organizational expertise, and a passion for sales and guest relations within the hospitality industry.
