Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hospitality or concierge experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously
Comfortable with sales upselling techniques
Proficient in relevant hotel management software
Ability to work in a shared, noisy environment
Ability to stand and conduct guided tours

Job Qualifications

2 plus years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, or guest relations
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills

Proficiency with Marriott Global Source, GXP, Opera, and OpenTable
