The Experience Associate Manager role is a critical position within T-Mobile’s newest retail format—the Experience Store. This innovative environment is designed to reimagine and elevate the retail service and sales experience. Experience Stores serve as flagship locations where customers receive personalized, expert service from specially trained associates. Working closely with the Experience Store Manager, the Experience Associate Manager supports Senior Mobile Experts by providing expertise on new systems and tools aimed at resolving all customer needs seamlessly—from initial research to complete resolution. The position also involves championing a product roadmap tailored specifically to these cutting-edge stores.
Experience Associate Managers are at the forefront of driving high-quality customer interactions, team development, and sales results. This role requires a passion for coaching and developing an experience-focused team through curated training programs and certifications. It also demands a strong capability to lead by example, constantly updating product knowledge and operational skills to meet evolving customer expectations. The pay range for this role is $28.85 to $48.04 per hour, supplemented by an annual incentive target of $9,600. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 18+ months retail neighborhood retail associate manager experience
- 18+ months care associate coach experience
- strong customer service skills, passion, integrity, and energy
- retail experience in a high-volume environment
- strong organization, multi-tasking, versatility, communication, and attention to detail
- acclimate local retail sales associates and partner sales associates to unique event environments
- consistent accuracy with basic math and proficient use of a calculator
- pass certification and annual re-certification process
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- ability to acclimate local retail sales associates and partner sales associates to unique event environments
- consistent accuracy with basic math and proficient use of a calculator
- pass certification and annual re-certification process
- proven track record of leadership in coaching to performance and ensuring sales and service outcomes align with key metrics
- ability to analyze sales data and trends to identify improvement opportunities
- ability to multi-task and quickly move from store operations to coaching to customer support
- demonstrated effective operational and procedural compliance
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Sell appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs
- resolve customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools
- coach in all directions and provide actionable feedback that improves performance
- take ownership of store performance
- lead by example in training completion and staying up to date on product and service knowledge
