Job Duties
- oversee flow of food from kitchen to dining room ensuring accuracy timing and presentation
- take charge of coordination in the passthru directing traffic and maintaining seamless operations
- liaise between kitchen and service teams conveying special requests and prioritizing orders efficiently
- collaborate with culinary and service teams to prioritize the guest experience
- maintain organization and efficiency under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- ensure each dish leaving the kitchen meets quality and presentation standards
- communicate effectively to support smooth service operations
