Job Duties

  • oversee flow of food from kitchen to dining room ensuring accuracy timing and presentation
  • take charge of coordination in the passthru directing traffic and maintaining seamless operations
  • liaise between kitchen and service teams conveying special requests and prioritizing orders efficiently
  • collaborate with culinary and service teams to prioritize the guest experience
  • maintain organization and efficiency under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • ensure each dish leaving the kitchen meets quality and presentation standards
  • communicate effectively to support smooth service operations
