Job Description

Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn is a distinguished luxury dining establishment situated in the iconic Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California. This exclusive restaurant is operated by Delaware North's Patina Group, a global hospitality leader renowned for its commitment to exceptional guest experiences and career growth opportunities. The partnership between Dior, a legendary name in haute couture, and three-Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn creates a unique dining environment where culinary excellence meets artistic presentation. The menu offers an à la carte selection celebrating seasonal ingredients and inspired by influential fashion and cultural moments, ensuring each dish is as much a feast for the eyes as for the palate.

Delaware North is a family-owned company with over 100 years of history, operating world-class venues that span iconic sports arenas, national parks, casinos, hotels, and restaurants. With a culture that emphasizes career development, diversity, and inclusion, Delaware North offers its employees the tools and environment necessary to thrive both personally and professionally. Employees at Delaware North are part of a global legacy, gaining access to unique career paths across numerous segments of the hospitality industry.

The Expeditor role at Monsieur Dior is a critical position dedicated to ensuring seamless service within the dining room. The Expeditor acts as the communication bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house staff. Responsibilities include quickly responding to the changing demands of service, organizing food tickets by kitchen stations, and ensuring dishes are delivered to guests promptly and with perfection. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.

The role offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities, with an hourly pay rate starting at $17.87. While this rate reflects the base pay excluding tips, the position is tipped, providing additional earning potential. The Expeditor will collaborate closely with chefs, kitchen teams, and service staff to uphold the restaurant's high-quality standards and provide an unparalleled guest experience.

In addition to the dynamic work environment at Monsieur Dior, Delaware North supports its team members with comprehensive benefits. Employees are offered weekly pay, training and development programs, employee discounts, and flexible scheduling to maintain work-life balance. Eligible team members can access health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with company match; paid vacation and holidays; paid parental bonding leave; employee assistance programs; and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.

This role is ideal for individuals who have previous experience or training in similar dining environments, such as runners or bussers, and who possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. The physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods, the ability to carry trays weighing up to 35 pounds, and coordinating multiple tasks efficiently. Join a team that values precision, hospitality, and the art of fine dining in one of Beverly Hills' most prestigious locations.
