Job Description

Gravity Haus is a community-driven adventure lifestyle brand that operates hotels, restaurants, and experiences designed to empower a modern way of travel. With a strong foundation in outdoor spirit and intentional living, Gravity Haus creates vibrant spaces where locals and travelers can connect, refuel, and play. Their establishments foster meaningful interactions centered around adventure, wellness, and community engagement, making them unique destinations for those who value authenticity and experiential living. The brand champions core values that include continual growth, bringing others along, creating powerful moments, being all-in and going the distance, and making things better than they were found. These principles are actively reflected in their culture, service approach, and community contributions.

The role of Expeditor at Gravity Haus is a pivotal position within their fast-paced culinary operations. This part-time role is designed for an efficient, detail-oriented individual who ensures that every guest enjoys a seamless and exceptional dining experience. As the essential link between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, the Expeditor ensures that every dish leaving the pass is perfectly timed, beautifully presented, and meets the high standards of the Gravity Haus brand. This role requires a team-driven mindset, exceptional precision, and the ability to maintain pace under pressure. The Expeditor plays a vital role in coordinating timing, checking dishes for quality and accuracy, supporting team organization, and fostering a positive back-of-house culture.

The position suits those who thrive in collaborative environments and share a passion for hospitality and adventure. Candidates experienced as an Expeditor, Food Runner, or in a high-volume restaurant will find this role rewarding. It also requires strong multitasking and communication skills, a commitment to quality, dependability, and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role not only contributes to operational efficiency but actively champions the guest experience by ensuring that each dish contributes to a memorable dining journey.

Compensation for this part-time position ranges from $14.00 to $18.00 per hour plus tips. While part-time benefits vary, full-time staff have access to health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and an All-In Gravity Haus Membership offering adventure perks such as discounted stays, gear rentals, and wellness programming. Joining Gravity Haus means becoming part of a community that values growth, collaboration, and creating meaningful moments both at work and in the surrounding community.
