Besides operational oversight, the Expeditor plays a key role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the expediting area and supports broader kitchen and dining area upkeep. The position encourages leadership by assisting in training new staff and fostering a positive team environment. Handling member and guest interactions with professionalism and accommodating changes or last-minute requests are also critical components, reflecting Invited’s dedication to exceptional service. Employees in this role must demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude in contributing to the club’s success and member satisfaction.
