Job Requirements

  • Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk during 8 to 10 hour shifts
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop and wipe as needed
  • Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and positive
  • Professional attitude towards guests, co-worker and management

Job Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • Ability to understand verbal English for guest requests
  • Ability to read and comprehend written English for safety notices

Job Duties

  • Act as the liaison between the service staff and the chef and his staff
  • Keep communication lines direct, orderly and precise

  • Observe all safety procedures during duties
