Job Requirements
- Properly sanitize and set up station according to restaurant's guidelines
- Constantly check food quality ensuring all products meet Sea Island standards
- Execute food production and plating according to stated specifications and timing
- Stock and restock station with pre-food items as needed throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free and organized station at all times
- Maintain clean and organized food and other kitchen storage areas
- Embrace teamwork within the company creating a positive work environment
- Break down and clean station at the end of the shift following daily cleaning list
- Complete positional training program with validation measures throughout
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Perform other job-related activities as required or assigned by manager
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reading skills
- Standing and walking during entire shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work accurately and under pressure

Job Duties
- Receive cooked food items and assemble them according to specifications
- Coordinate orders from pantry, broiler/grill, and fryer with customer ticket numbers
- Ensure quality and proper plate presentation for all plates leaving the kitchen
- Communicate with kitchen staff to maintain proper par levels of all food prep items
- Sanitize and set up station according to restaurant guidelines
- Check food quality to ensure all products meet company standards
- Execute food production and plating according to specifications and timing
- Stock and restock station with pre-food items as needed
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free and organized station
