The company is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Bagel Baker to join the kitchen team and contribute to the success and growth of Gracie's Bagels. This role is ideal for a candidate passionate about artisan baking, particularly in crafting consistent, high-quality bagels from scratch. The Bagel Baker will be responsible for the entire process of making bagels, including mixing, proofing, shaping, baking, and finishing, with a strong emphasis on upholding the standards for flavor, texture, and presentation. Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong understanding of baking processes along with fermentation and dough hydration are critical to excel in this position.

The role involves working closely with the kitchen team on developing new flavors and seasonal specials, managing fermentation schedules, and maintaining a clean and organized food-safe workspace. Additionally, the Bagel Baker will be expected to monitor ingredient inventories to ensure smooth operation and compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health code standards.
