The Executive Waitstaff - PDR role at Aramark is a vital position dedicated to ensuring exceptional guest service and flawless execution of catering events. This position is essential to the smooth operation of events, involving leadership and hands-on responsibilities throughout all stages of catering functions. The Executive Waitstaff Lead is responsible for managing the catering team on site, coordinating the preparation and set-up of banquet rooms, serving meals and beverages in strict accordance with catering protocols, and overseeing the cleanup process after events. A crucial part of the role also involves the safe loading, unloading, and transportation of event equipment and food products, with strict adherence to safety procedures including DOT regulations.
This role requires a professional, well-groomed appearance and demands the ability to carry out physically engaging tasks such as lifting heavy loads up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and performing repetitive motions. Candidates must also demonstrate excellent guest service skills and possess flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet event schedules. Cross-training opportunities exist to enable the employee to work across other dining locations, broadening their experience within the company. - Minimum one year of supervisory experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Lead catering team on all catering functions
- Lead preparation of banquet rooms for functions
- Serve meals and beverages according to catering protocol and banquet sheets
- Accurately set tables for special functions
- Load and unload event equipment into catering vehicles following safety procedures and DOT regulations
- Clean all function areas upon completion
- Perform opening and closing side work as needed
- Maintain professional appearance
- Maintain storage rooms and supplies in an orderly fashion
- Maintain equipment and catering supplies
- Perform all job duties safely and efficiently
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Understand and follow directions from Manager or Director
- Lift up to 50 lb and frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lb
- Walk or stand for extended periods up to 6 hours
- Perform repetitive motions
- Work with chemicals, heated equipment, and steam
- Move in and out of catering vehicles safely
- Cross-train and work in other dining locations as needed
- Supervise staff and sanitation of facilities
- Responsible for opening and closing the building and staffing
