Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- strong interest and knowledge of the food and beverage business
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

- ability to relate well with all levels of the organization
- strong problem analysis and decision making skills
- ability to adapt to current technology
- capable of managing workload and prioritizing independently
Job Duties
- drive total store sales
- model guest service standards and lead team to deliver a fresh, full and food safe area
- drive a culture centered in food safety
- create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes guest experience
- lead efficient operation to support sales culture
- manage scheduling plans in partnership with team leaders
- oversee food & beverage backroom and sales floor areas
- build relationships with direct to store vendors
- validate and audit food in-stocks
- manage team workload planning
- know and assess competition to drive business
- manage team to maintain Starbucks and Pizza Hut brand standards
- plan and lead organizational and operational change
- develop, coach and train team
- establish culture of accountability
- become expert in federal, state and local adult beverage laws
- provide service that meets guest needs
- demonstrate culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- act as key carrier and follow safety processes
- address store needs and perform other duties as needed
