The role of Executive Steward at Hyatt is a critical position within the Food & Beverage team responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the stewarding department in the hotel. Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the stewarding department
  • Ensure total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas
  • Schedule and assign work duties to stewarding staff
  • Train and manage stewarding team members
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety standards
  • Coordinate with Food & Beverage management to support overall service operations
  • Maintain inventory and requisition cleaning and stewarding supplies
