The Executive Steward plays a crucial role within the Culinary Leadership Team, overseeing stewarding, warehousing, and purchasing operations for the venue. In this role, the Executive Steward manages the dish room, storage, and utility areas with meticulous attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment care. They take full ownership of inventory management and distribution of essential banquet items such as china, silver, glassware, and linens, thereby supporting both culinary and banquet teams. Leading a diverse stewarding team, the Executive Steward maintains smooth workflow throughout the kitchen to directly contribute to exceptional food preparation and service.
