Job Requirements
- Previous experience as Food & Beverage Department head
- Experience in luxury hospitality environment preferred
- Strong leadership and team training abilities
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and challenges
- Inventory management experience
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft systems
- US work authorization or current managerial status at Four Seasons

Job Duties
- Work closely with Front of House, Kitchens and Banquets to understand, coordinate, and plan daily needs with agility and flexibility
- Ensure the organization of a high volume of different china, glass, and silver items
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleaning procedures
- Take a hands-on approach with staff engagement to lead the team to exceed expectations
- Hold team members accountable through progressive discipline
- Maintain compliance with the State of Hawaii Department of Health and Ecosure
