The Executive Steward role at Hyatt is a vital position within our Food & Beverage team. This role is entrusted with the responsibility of managing the daily operations of the stewarding department, ensuring that all food production and service areas are maintained at the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. The Executive Steward plays a crucial role in sustaining the operational flow by overseeing the maintenance and housekeeping of kitchen and dishwashing areas, supervising the proper storage and handling of kitchen equipment, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
