Job Duties

  • manage day-to-day operation of the stewarding department
  • ensure total maintenance and sanitation in all food production and service areas
  • schedule and manage stewarding staff
  • train stewarding staff
  • oversee adherence to health and safety regulations
  • supervise proper storage and handling of kitchen equipment
  • maintain operational flow in kitchen and dishwashing areas
