Job Duties
- manage day-to-day operation of the stewarding department
- ensure total maintenance and sanitation in all food production and service areas
- schedule and manage stewarding staff
- train stewarding staff
- oversee adherence to health and safety regulations
- supervise proper storage and handling of kitchen equipment
- maintain operational flow in kitchen and dishwashing areas
