Job Duties
- Lead the Stewarding Department and ensure smooth, efficient kitchen support operations
- maintain top tier standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace safety
- oversee inventory, storage, and distribution of all non-food service items
- ensure all Stewarding and Kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning
- support Culinary Leadership and contribute to outstanding guest satisfaction
- collaborate across departments to meet operational needs and service goals
- work safely in a fast-paced environment that may involve lifting up to 50 pounds
