Job Duties

  • Lead the Stewarding Department and ensure smooth, efficient kitchen support operations
  • maintain top tier standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace safety
  • oversee inventory, storage, and distribution of all non-food service items
  • ensure all Stewarding and Kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning
  • support Culinary Leadership and contribute to outstanding guest satisfaction
  • collaborate across departments to meet operational needs and service goals
  • work safely in a fast-paced environment that may involve lifting up to 50 pounds
