Job Requirements

- Proven leadership experience in stewarding or food and beverage operations
- Food handler certification
- Strong knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage payroll and labor productivity
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Stewarding Department
- Maintain exceptional sanitation and safety standards in all kitchens, restaurants, and food service areas
- Schedule, train, manage, and coach stewarding team members
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and proper care of all kitchen equipment and supplies
- Manage payroll and labor productivity in alignment with operational goals
- Partner closely with the Executive Chef and Culinary leadership to support seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and brand standards
