Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years culinary leadership experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified in food safety and sanitation preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and develop culinary staff
- Experience with inventory, scheduling, and food cost management

Job Duties
- Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, lead the team with confidence and clarity
- Coach kitchen associates in techniques, presentation, and kitchen best practices
- Ensure every dish is crafted with precision and care following recipes and quality standards
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships, keep accurate kitchen records, assist with food cost control and menu planning
- Champion food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations
- Anticipate and resolve kitchen issues efficiently, bring creative ideas to improve guest experiences and workflow
- Promote open communication, recognition, and a positive kitchen culture reflecting company values
