Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years culinary leadership experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified in food safety and sanitation preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand and work for extended periods
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and develop culinary staff
  • Experience with inventory, scheduling, and food cost management
  • Creative problem-solving skills and innovation mindset

Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, lead the team with confidence and clarity
  • Coach kitchen associates in techniques, presentation, and kitchen best practices
  • Ensure every dish is crafted with precision and care following recipes and quality standards
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships, keep accurate kitchen records, assist with food cost control and menu planning
  • Champion food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations
  • Anticipate and resolve kitchen issues efficiently, bring creative ideas to improve guest experiences and workflow
  • Promote open communication, recognition, and a positive kitchen culture reflecting company values
