Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience in high-volume, upscale or fine-dining kitchens
  • Expertise in Mexican or Latin-influenced cuisine
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations including inventory and labor
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Capacity to train and mentor culinary staff
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in a high-volume, upscale or fine-dining environment
  • Strong background working with Mexican or Latin-influenced cuisine
  • Proven leadership and team development experience
  • Excellent palate, refined technique, and extreme attention to detail
  • Experience with restaurant openings highly preferred
