Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years experience as a sous chef or similar role
- culinary certification or relevant education
- proven ability to work in fast-paced environments
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- knowledge of inventory control and kitchen operations
- ability to maintain food safety compliance
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- culinary degree or equivalent culinary experience
- previous experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- excellent communication skills
- ability to mentor and develop kitchen staff

Job Duties
- assist the Executive Chef in educating and mentoring kitchen staff
- keep kitchen staff updated on menu adjustments
- maintain consistent top-quality ingredients in all dishes
- recruit, train, and mentor a competitive kitchen team
- drive top-line sales and guest counts through team performance
- ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are properly followed
- contribute to creating an inviting dining ambiance
