Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a culinary leadership role
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and techniques

  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a sous chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant
