Job Requirements

  • Four plus years in a leadership culinary role
  • Experience in sports and entertainment or large scale events
  • Impeccable integrity
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm for fast-paced work
  • Interpersonal skills for safe and inclusive environment
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift approximately 30 pounds
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and communication tools

  • Strong time management and delegation abilities
  • Cooking and food handling skills consistent with contemporary training
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting approximately 30 pounds

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary team at various events, mainly golf tournaments
  • Develop and communicate creative menu items adhering to company standards
  • Create and update production schedules, order building and distribution sheets
  • Execute events and food service maintaining high quality and presentation
  • Assist Executive Chef with financial goals, food cost and budget management
  • Produce consistent product in high volume for multiple service times
  • Ensure safety and sanitation of kitchen and food service areas
  • Maintain morale and leadership within the culinary team
  • Schedule staff and production in coordination with staffing and sales
  • Oversee logistical planning including equipment needs and kitchen layout
  • Lead satellite kitchens including staff management and daily prep
  • Perform other related duties as needed
