The role of Executive Chef at Levy's FedExForum location is a distinguished leadership position responsible for overseeing all culinary operations within this high-profile venue. The Executive Chef will helm the kitchen activities, ensuring that guests are provided with memorable dining experiences that reflect Levy’s high standards of hospitality and culinary excellence. This role involves innovative menu design, meticulous food quality and presentation oversight, and maintaining consistent operational efficiency through cost control and team management. The Executive Chef will lead a high-performing culinary team, mentoring and evaluating kitchen staff to promote professional growth and enhance performance. Collaboration with operations and purchasing teams to meet financial objectives, compliance with health and sanitation standards, and driving culinary innovation to complement venue events are key responsibilities. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • minimum 5 years of progressive kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume or sports/entertainment environment
  • 3-5 years fine dining chef experience
  • strong proficiency in inventory management, menu development, and food costing
  • ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain
  • expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook

Job Qualifications
