Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- minimum 5 years of progressive kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume or sports/entertainment environment
- 3-5 years fine dining chef experience
- strong proficiency in inventory management, menu development, and food costing
- ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain
- expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook

Job Duties
- Lead culinary production for all dining outlets and premium experiences
- maintain Levy standards for recipe execution, presentation, and food safety
- oversee menu design, seasonal updates, and special event coordination
- direct, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to promote growth and consistency
- collaborate with operations and purchasing teams to meet financial goals
- ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and sustainability standards
- drive continuous culinary innovation aligned with venue events and clientele
