Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • minimum 5 years of progressive kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume or sports/entertainment environment
  • 3-5 years fine dining chef experience
  • strong proficiency in inventory management, menu development, and food costing
  • ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain
  • expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary production for all dining outlets and premium experiences
  • maintain Levy standards for recipe execution, presentation, and food safety
  • oversee menu design, seasonal updates, and special event coordination
  • direct, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to promote growth and consistency
  • collaborate with operations and purchasing teams to meet financial goals
  • ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and sustainability standards
  • drive continuous culinary innovation aligned with venue events and clientele
