Job Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sports and entertainment hospitality operations
- Degree or formal training in culinary arts or hospitality management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, email communications, and purchasing procedures
- Strong operational knowledge of budget, labor, and food cost controls
- Experience managing inventory and ordering in high-volume settings
- Must reside in Philadelphia, PA
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sports and entertainment premium hospitality operations
- Degree or formal training in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and purchasing procedures
- Strong budget and financial management skills
- Experience in high-volume food production systems
- Proven inventory and cost control management
- Capable of producing consistent product in high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ownership mentality
- Advanced knife skills and culinary techniques
- Ability to teach culinary skills
Job Duties
- Assist in all culinary aspects of Citizens Bank Park
- Facilitate planning and execution of game-day and event menus
- Train, mentor, and hire kitchen staff
- Maintain consistency of product in a high-volume environment
- Ensure proper safety and sanitation standards
- Develop and implement creative menu items
- Maintain kitchen and culinary team morale
- Schedule staff and food production
- Assist with event logistical planning and execution
- Support ordering, budget preparation, inventory control, and financial reporting
