Job Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sports and entertainment hospitality operations
- Degree or formal training in culinary arts or hospitality management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, email communications, and purchasing procedures
- Strong operational knowledge of budget, labor, and food cost controls
- Experience managing inventory and ordering in high-volume settings
- Must reside in Philadelphia, PA
Job Qualifications
