Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Prior experience in high-volume or luxury fine-dining restaurant preferred
- Availability to support extended schedules and peak business periods
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in high-volume or luxury fine-dining restaurant preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to support extended schedules and peak business periods
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service industry
Job Duties
- Lead and oversee daily restaurant kitchen operations including fiscal budgets and labor productivity
- Manage scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and menu strategies to drive short-term profitability
- Execute the restaurant’s business plan and assist the Executive Chef with tactics to achieve goals and targets
- Implement policies, operating procedures, training programs, directives, menus, rules and regulations for restaurant staff
- Ensure compliance with F&B and company-wide initiatives
- Maintain the highest standards of health, sanitation, and cleanliness within the kitchen
- Assist with Human Resources responsibilities including teamwork promotion, performance feedback, employee satisfaction, hiring, training, and succession planning
- Ensure adherence to company policies, employment law, and collective bargaining agreements
- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address complaints appropriately
- Collaborate with service team to ensure seamless dining experience
- Maintain excellent knowledge of food and beverage products, menu items and kitchen equipment
