Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Prior experience in high-volume or luxury fine-dining restaurant preferred
  • Availability to support extended schedules and peak business periods
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience in high-volume or luxury fine-dining restaurant preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to support extended schedules and peak business periods
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service industry

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee daily restaurant kitchen operations including fiscal budgets and labor productivity
  • Manage scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and menu strategies to drive short-term profitability
  • Execute the restaurant’s business plan and assist the Executive Chef with tactics to achieve goals and targets
  • Implement policies, operating procedures, training programs, directives, menus, rules and regulations for restaurant staff
  • Ensure compliance with F&B and company-wide initiatives
  • Maintain the highest standards of health, sanitation, and cleanliness within the kitchen
  • Assist with Human Resources responsibilities including teamwork promotion, performance feedback, employee satisfaction, hiring, training, and succession planning
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, employment law, and collective bargaining agreements
  • Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address complaints appropriately
  • Collaborate with service team to ensure seamless dining experience
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of food and beverage products, menu items and kitchen equipment
