We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Sous Chef to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the kitchen operations, managing culinary staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. The Executive Sous Chef will work closely with management to develop innovative menu offerings and to plan and execute special events. This position demands strong leadership skills, culinary expertise, and the ability to maintain a positive kitchen morale in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a culinary degree or equivalent experience, a deep knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines, and proven experience at the sous chef level or higher. This is a full-time salaried position with a competitive salary of $70,000 per year.
