The Alida is committed to offering an exceptional guest experience by combining elegant accommodations with innovative culinary offerings and a welcoming atmosphere that honors the rich heritage of the region. As a part of the Makeready collection, the hotel prides itself on fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment that values each team member's unique contributions and qualifications.
The Executive Sous Chef role at The Alida is vital to maintaining and elevating the hotel’s culinary standards. The Executive Sous Chef collaborates closely with the Executive Chef to develop innovative and thoughtfully crafted menus that deliver extraordinary dining experiences for guests. The role involves directing daily kitchen operations, managing food quality, presentation, and inventory, and ensuring that budgetary and costing goals are met. Leadership and mentorship of kitchen staff are central to the position, fostering a positive, high-performance team environment driven by a guest-first mentality. This is an opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting while maintaining excellent service standards and contributing to the hotel’s continued reputation for excellence in hospitality and cuisine.
