The position available is a full-time culinary management role based in Hollywood, California, with an annual salary range between $86,000 and $112,000, inclusive of bonus eligibility. This role is pivotal to the success of all food-related functions within the property and involves a blend of hands-on culinary talent and leadership responsibilities. The culinary manager will lead and assist staff in all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food products across multiple service outlets such as banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge areas, and employee cafeterias. A key focus of the position is to maximize guest and employee satisfaction while optimizing financial performance through effective management of resources, purchasing, and staff development. Job Requirements
