Sodexo is currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef for Ingleside at Rock Creek, a key role that involves overseeing food production and ensuring the delivery of high-quality culinary experiences. This position is perfect for a professional with hands-on cooking and catering experience in a restaurant, corporate, or senior living setting. The Executive Sous Chef works closely with the Executive Chef to manage kitchen operations, maintain Sodexo’s high standards, and foster strong relationships with clients, residents, and team members.

The role requires a dynamic individual who can manage flexible working hours, with a typical schedule from 11 am to 8 pm preferred. The Executive Sous Chef will be actively involved in daily cooking—approximately 80 percent of the time—demonstrating leadership by training and mentoring cooks while ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols. This leadership position not only prioritizes operational excellence but also emphasizes collaborative teamwork and effective communication with culinary staff and stakeholders.
