Currently, Hotel Equities is seeking a remarkable Executive Sous Chef for the Marriott hotel located in Fort Collins, Colorado. Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as executive sous chef or combination of sous and executive sous and/or banquet chef
- hotel kitchen management experience highly desired
- experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards highly desired
- ability to speak, read, write and understand primary workplace language
- good verbal and written communication skills
- basic computational ability
- ability to follow recipes and instructions
- physical ability to work in extreme temperatures and stand for long periods
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
- ability to maintain manual dexterity
- obtain and/or maintain required licenses or permits
- willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
