We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Sous Chef to join our leadership team. The Executive Sous Chef will play a critical role in supporting the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring that the culinary standards of the restaurant are consistently met or exceeded. This role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of three years of experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen activities, managing kitchen staff, and contributing to menu development and execution. They will also be instrumental in maintaining quality control, enforcing food safety standards, and supporting inventory and cost management efforts.
