Job Requirements

  • three or more years senior sous chef experience at high-volume upscale restaurant
  • ability to work full time in person at virginia beach location
  • strong leadership capability
  • knowledge of kitchen operations and safety standards
  • excellent organizational skills
  • culinary education or equivalent experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of three years experience as senior sous chef in a high-volume upscale restaurant
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation regulations
  • proficiency in menu development and cost control
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • effective communication skills
  • culinary degree or relevant certification preferred

Job Duties

  • manage daily kitchen operations
  • supervise and train kitchen staff
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • assist in menu planning and development
  • maintain quality control of food preparation
  • oversee inventory management and cost control
