Job Requirements
- 3+ years Sous Chef or higher experience
- annual sales volume experience of $4 million+
- stable tenure with no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
- high energy, hands-on culinary leader
- experience or familiarity with BBQ cuisine a plus
- excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent culinary training preferred
- 3+ years experience as Sous Chef or higher in upscale, high volume kitchens
- proven leadership and team management skills
- experience with large-scale culinary operations and annual sales volume of $4 million+
- strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- creativity in menu planning and execution
