Job Requirements

  • 3+ years Sous Chef or higher experience
  • annual sales volume experience of $4 million+
  • stable tenure with no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
  • high energy, hands-on culinary leader
  • experience or familiarity with BBQ cuisine a plus
  • excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent culinary training preferred
  • 3+ years experience as Sous Chef or higher in upscale, high volume kitchens
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • experience with large-scale culinary operations and annual sales volume of $4 million+
  • strong knowledge of food safety regulations
  • creativity in menu planning and execution
