Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years experience as a sous chef or similar role
- culinary degree or equivalent professional training
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage food and labor costs effectively
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- flexibility to work a predominantly 5-day workweek including weekends
- ability to handle high volume service periods
