Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years experience as a sous chef or similar role
  • culinary degree or equivalent professional training
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage food and labor costs effectively
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • flexibility to work a predominantly 5-day workweek including weekends
  • ability to handle high volume service periods

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in a sous chef or executive sous chef role
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • excellent menu development and cost control abilities
