- Minimum of 3 years of cooking in a professional environment
- Must have a current ServSafe Certification or PA Food Handlers
- Professional demeanor with calm temperament
- Passion for maintaining purveyor and local farmer relationships
- Advanced knife-handling skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work all kitchen stations confidently
- Knowledge of food budgeting and cost optimization
- Understanding of food safety principles
- Commitment to staff education
Job Qualifications
