  • Professional demeanor with calm temperament
  • Passion for maintaining purveyor and local farmer relationships
  • Advanced knife-handling skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Ability to work all kitchen stations confidently
  • Knowledge of food budgeting and cost optimization
  • Understanding of food safety principles
  • Commitment to staff education

Job Qualifications
