- communicate relevant information
- contribute daily via shift notes and emails
- execute skilled food production
- delegate to boh members
- minimize waste and manage staff meals
- quality check all prepped products
- manage employee coverage and scheduling
- monitor labor costs
- maintain sanitary kitchen
- attend line-ups and communicate effectively
- contribute to service
- help with invoice input
- foster relationship with front of house
- inspire front of house with food knowledge
- pursue growth towards executive chef

Job Qualifications
- experience in kitchen management or similar role
- proficiency in recipe costing and kitchen operational software
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to innovate menu items and flavors
- capability to train and mentor kitchen staff
- familiarity with labor and food cost control
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to perform high skilled food production
- experience with inventory and vendor management

- supervise cleanliness and sanitation
- communicate with executive chef and operations
- delegate tasks effectively
- support front of house collaboration
- manage scheduling and prevent overtime
- input invoices and manage vendors
- contribute to service success by running stations and cooking as needed
