Job Duties
- Support Executive Chef in managing day-to-day culinary operations
- Lead BOH team in a fast-paced, high-output kitchen
- Help develop seasonal, bespoke menus in collaboration with ownership and creative teams
- Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance
- Represent the culinary team on-site at events
