Job Requirements

  • Three or more years of senior kitchen leadership experience
  • Experience at Sous or Executive Sous Chef level
  • Background in catering or high-volume off premise event production
  • Hands-on leadership style with knife-in-hand approach

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of senior kitchen leadership experience at the Sous or Executive Sous Chef level
  • Strong background in catering or high-volume off premise event production
  • Proven ability to lead and develop kitchen teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in menu development and culinary innovation
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Support Executive Chef in managing day-to-day culinary operations
  • Lead BOH team in a fast-paced, high-output kitchen
  • Help develop seasonal, bespoke menus in collaboration with ownership and creative teams
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance
  • Represent the culinary team on-site at events
