Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age
- must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen
- must pass a background investigation
- must obtain and maintain gaming licenses in Arizona and California
- high school diploma or GED
- five or more years of progressive culinary experience
- two years in supervisory role
- formal culinary degree or equivalent experience
