We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Sous Chef to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Executive Chef with all kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service and consistent quality across our menu offerings. As an Executive Sous Chef, you will be a hands-on leader who guides, trains, and mentors kitchen staff to maintain high performance and morale. The position requires someone who thrives under pressure, values precision and consistency, and has a passion for culinary excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in daily kitchen management activities including food preparation, service oversight, and sanitation standards. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef on menu development, seasonal specialties, and culinary innovation, bringing fresh ideas that align with our brand and the expectations of our discerning guests. Managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations will be key to your success and to maintaining the financial health of the kitchen. You will also be tasked with overseeing scheduling and labor management to optimize efficiency, stepping in as acting Executive Chef when needed to ensure continuity of leadership and smooth kitchen operations.
