The Executive Sous Chef role at Proof of the Pudding is a senior culinary leadership position situated at Citizens Bank Park, home of the Philadelphia Phillies. This key role is responsible for supporting all food and beverage operations across the venue, including the Executive Dining Room, Employee Dining Room, and Press Media Room. The Executive Sous Chef will play a crucial part in interactive culinary execution, ensuring that all menu items align with the company’s high standards of quality and consistency. Furthermore, the Executive Sous Chef will support budget preparation, inventory control, food ordering, and staff scheduling to align with the business demands. Job Requirements
- Five plus years of leadership experience in sports and entertainment premium hospitality operations
- Degree or formal training in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or equivalent professional experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, internal and external email communications, and purchasing procedures
- Strong operational knowledge of budget and financial management, labor, and food cost controls
- Proven ability to manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls in high-volume operations
- Must reside in Philadelphia, PA
- Ability to produce a consistent product in a high-volume environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ownership mentality
- Exceptional knife skills and culinary knowledge

Job Duties

- Develop and implement creative menu items
