Job Requirements
- 3 years of culinary management experience
- a culinary arts degree is preferred but not required
- excellent cooking skills
- experience mentoring and training hourly team members
- attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to bring energetic hustle and positive attitude to every shift
- ability to tolerate long periods of standing
- ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in kitchen environments with exposure to heat or cold
Job Qualifications

- experience in mentoring and training kitchen staff

Job Duties
- lead kitchen operations and daily service execution
- mentor and develop the culinary team including sous chefs and line cooks
- manage kitchen scheduling and staffing to ensure optimal coverage
- uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- oversee inventory management and control food costs
- assist in menu development and ensure recipe consistency
- collaborate with front-of-house to enhance the overall guest experience
