Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management roles
- Proven leadership experience in fine dining or catering environments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage budgeting and cost control effectively
